The Portalist editors worked closely with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt to introduce Peter Cawdron’s novel Retrograde to science fiction & fantasy fans with a multi-channel online campaign. The campaign featured two original themed book lists about science fiction books featuring Retrograde, a giveaway featuring copies of the book as a prize, social media promotion, and outreach via email. The goal? Drive unique pageviews and email signups to introduce the book and author to consumers likely to purchase and recommend.
