Open Road Media and Career Press Form Digital Publishing Partnership

Open Road Will Publish and Market a Selection of Titles from the Career Press Catalog, Focusing on Career, Business, and ReferenceThree Bestselling Erich von Däniken Titles Round Out the Publishing Program

(New York, NY; March 13th, 2012) Open Road Integrated Media, a digital publisher and multimedia content company, and Career Press, a publisher of general nonfiction titles that address real, practical, human needs, today announced that they have formed a digital publishing partnership. Open Road will publish and market more than twenty-five ebooks from the Career Press catalog focusing on career, business, and reference guides. In addition, Open Road will publish three Erich von Däniken titles, originally published through Career Press imprint New Page Books, as ebooks.

Books from the partnership include reference guides from Roger Dawson and Ron Fry, Encyclopedia of the Undead and The World’s Creepiest Places by Dr. Bob Curran, and Erich von Däniken’s Twilight of the Gods, History Is Wrong, and Odyssey of the Gods.

Open Road continues to expand on its already wide range of digital partnerships with independent publishers including Pegasus Books, Philosophical Library, and MysteriousPress.com.
