Chris Cavanagh has spent the majority of her marketing career working with start-ups and early stage technology and internet companies, both in Silicon Valley and New York. She has been in on the ground floor with some of the most successful digital media brands started in NYC including Tasting Table, PureWow and Refinery29. She has also worked with Artspace, WNYC, Clean Plates, Excelle Sports and Waggle. Before joining Open Road, she served as the marketing lead for the launch of the BBC and ITV’s new streaming service, BritBox.
Chris took a slight detour mid-career, serving as a business development volunteer in the Peace Corps in Ukraine from 2003-2005. She holds a BA in Journalism from New York University.
